Formula for the confidence interval is given as

CI = ar{x} pm z*(sigma/sqrt{n})

z score for 90% confidence interval is 1.64 (using z distribution table)

setting all the given values, we get

CI = 90 ± 1.64 * (15/V40)

this gives us

CI 90 ± 1.64 * (2.372) 90 ± 3.8896 (86.1 104. 93.8896)

So, the required 90% confidence interval is (86.1104,93.8896)
