18.The things which are told by the parents are usually observed by them on their child in their daily life ,any abnormalities has to be informed to the pediatrician to rule out further.The glowing of one eye has to be reported to the pediatrician for further inquiry and diagnose any underlying cause.This is a concern because of certain eye diseases happens in less than 5 years of age.

The eyes is a layered structure which consists of tapetum lucidium . The main function of it is to reflect light which is present behind the retina and making the eyes to look glowing but this layer is not present in human eyes to make it glow.

When a light hits the eye, it does not reflects but absorbs most of the time.

Negligence by a nurse can result in fatal situations
