1. The anions of CsCl _____
Take a look at the structure, we are looking only at the red ions. The red ions are only looking at the corners of the unit cell, implying they form a simple cubic unit cell.

2. The anions of NaCl ______
In this case, the anions fill the corners, as well as each face center. This is known as a face-centered cubic structure.

3. The cations of CsCl _____
Notice that for CsCl, there is only one cation showed. This cation is surrounded by 8 anions, forming a cube around it. This implies that the cations of CsCl fill the cubic holes.

4. The cations of NaCl ______
The easiest way to view this question is by visualizing the ions surrounding the cation in the very center of the unit cell. The cations surrounding this ion are located on the 4 side faces, on the top face, and on the bottom face. These 6 ions surrounding it form an octahedral site. Therefore, the cations of NaCl fill the octahedral holes.

5. The cations of ZnS _____
This one is a bit tricky. First you have to recognize where the tetrahedral and octahedral holes are in the unit cell. A tetrahedral hole is found in the center of the anions that form a tetrahedron (a triangular-based pyramid). If you look at the unit cell, the only area where this occurs is with the corner ion and the three face-center ions surrounding it (if you still cannot visualize this, try drawing it out). That means there are 8 tetrahedral holes in the unit cell because there are 8 corner ions. However, only 4 of those 8 tetrahedral holes are filled by cations. This means that the cations of ZnS fill every other tetrahedral hole.
