Answer: Vitamins are essential component which is responsible for the functioning of the body. Many of the website sell vitamin supplements and claims that they are more beneficial and effective than natural elements.

But these kind of products are not always good. One of the product I found on website which has mentioned that the vitamin supplements enhances the immunity. But after taking for a 2 months nothing better results has been achieved and it could be not authentic product.

Some of the website selling vitamin supplements mention side effects and also precautions while taking medicine.
