E = k q1 q2 / d + k q2 q3 / d + k q1 q3 / 2d

E = 9*10^9* (1.6* 10^-19)^2/ 10^-9 * ( 2*(-3) + (-3)*(-2)+ (-2)*(2) /2)

E = - 4.6*10^-19 J

option (e) is correct
