The moles of acid and base in the beakers are calculated:

n NaOH = M * V = 0.525 M * 0.025 L = 0.0131 mol

n HCl = 0.355 M * 0.075 L = 0.0266 mol

There is more moles of acid than base, so the resulting solution is acid.
