Answer : A person has traumatic brain injury due to TBI ,he is not alert and oriented to time and place

1) tramatic brain injury is a non degenerative ,non congenital insult to the brain from an external mechanical force ,possibly leading to permanent or temporary impairment of cognitive ,physical and psychosocial functions ,with an associated diminished or altered state of consciousness .

2) answer : the child is demonstrating difficulty fastening 1/2"buttons on her shirt because she is having spastic cerebral palsy.

spastic cerebral palsy is the most common type of cerebral palsy .the muscles of people with spastic cerebral palsy feel stiff and jerky .the spasticityis form of hypertonia or increased muscle tone .this results in stiff muscles which can make movement difficult or even impossible .
