Sign convention

Counter clockwise moment = + positive

Clockwise moment = - negative

as cosine component of the forces are in line with the distance vector so they will not produce any moment only sine component of forces will produce

so Net moment about O = F1 * r1 * sin 78 - F2 * r2 * sin 64

= 1.7627 N - m
