As we can consider a truck a very massive as compare to motorcycle .

Also momentum P = mv

If mass of truck is more than 4 time massive than motorcycle mass

That means mt > 4m , then momentum of truck will be more than momentum of motorcycle.

But here in question as we see, there is no mention of mass and their relation. Hence mathematically we can't compare their momentum.

Hence last option is correct.
