Instructions are the detailed information about how something should be done or operated. i would discuss the profession of HR in which HR of the company set different different types of instructions and make policies for their employees. the kinds of instructions which an HR make in a company or in any government or non government organization are related to use of equipment and asset of the company, safety instructions, workplace instructions.

Instruction of use of asset of company is the set of information in which i would describe to employees that company;s assets are only use for work related not for personal use. the challenge we can face in this instruction is that sometimes employees may request that they would use the resources like computer or network of the company for professional work but they use for their personal use like chatting at work.

the work safety instructions- in this instruction, HR sets safety policies to remain safe in which employees are prohibited to go to restricted zones and directed to use safety gears to do dangerous work but HR can find challenge in which employees may forgot or try to be over smart that they could handle anything so they do not use safety gears which causes accidents in workplace because of ignorance of employees.

Workplace instructions- in this instruction, employees are expected to be disciplined, remain professional when they work in office but when employees gets old and experienced in company they think that they are old employees and need not any instruction so they start to become more informal and work at company like they are at home which becomes challenge for HR.

In these situation, HR should make clear instructions that any employees breaking the policies and procedures would be liable for their own mistake and ready for the consequence either employees is old or new in the company. the insructions would be applicable to all.
