Return on Asset = Operating Profit/Average Assets

Return on Equity = Operating Profit/Equity

Leverage Ratio = Debt/Total Assets

Equity Ratio = 1- leverage ratio = 93.8%

Hence, Return on Assets = Return on Equity*Equity/Assets

= 9%*93.8%

= 8.442%
