Answer #1

Probability of a firm which is randomly chosen operating in violation = 5/20 = 1/4 = 0.25

It is a binomial probability distribution with p = 0.25 and number of trials being 3.

a) P(X = 0) = 3C0*(0.25)0*(0.75)3 = 0.4219

b) P(X=3) = 3C3*(0.25)3*(0.75)0 = 0.0156

c) P(X>=1) = 1 - P(X=0) = 1 - 0.4219 = 0.5781

    Please read the article and answer about questions. You and the Law Business and law are inseparable. For B-Money, the two predictably merged when he was negotiat- ing a deal for his tracks. At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change.
