Khyposis: It is the extreme curvature of the upper back , also know as a hunchback.

Malleolus: The bulge on either side of the ankle joint

Fibular:

  • The fibular crest is longitudinal on the lateralsurface of the tibiotarsus and fuses with themiddle part of the fibula.

  • The fibular tubercle is small and on the lateralsurface of the fibula near the level of the middleof the fibular crest.

  • The fibular arm (broadest of the three) passes deep to, and fused with the common tendon of origin of the lateral heads of Mm.

  • The ball lies on the fibular side superficially, justin front of the fibula.

  • As the fibular shadow is about the normal size and clearly outlined, the fibular side of the leg lay next to the plate.

Scapular: Relating to the shoulder or shoulder blade.

Osteodystrophy: Osteodystrophy is any dystrophic growth of the bone. It is defective bone development that is usually attributable to renal disease or to disturbances in calcium and phosphorus metabolism. One form is renal osteodystrophy.
