Claire is an LPN, who works the night shift at Ivy Community Hospital. She has heard that a well-known celebrity was admitted to this hospital. It has been on the news and all over the Internet. Speculation about the admission was rampant.

The celebrity’s spokesperson released a statement asking the public to respect the celebrity’s privacy indicating that no further information would be released at this time.

Claire knows she does not have authorization to access this patient's record since she is not part of the team that is caring for the patient. But, it is the middle of the night, no one is around and Claire thinks to herself, “ I can take just a peek at the records and will tell no one”. She does look at the patient’s record and what she finds is “BIG NEWS”. She immediately texts her boyfriend, tells him the "Big News" and stresses he can't tell anyone.

By morning, the patient’s diagnosis is all over the news.

Ans-1 -- claire is not right regarding his job because

If any issue develope and the recovery of the patient is not up too mark aa expected and any ususual activity may be found in the celebrity treatment then claire should be responsible because the person who is doing so want to hide his/her identity and clair is not possible to hide and can be catched easily ...so responsibility comes on claire and should be responsible for this

Ans-2- if everything is normal related to celebrity then termination from duty is done and anything which not effect to celebrity but if the discipline committee and releave from duty

If anything happens then legal political action is taken

Ans-3 if no one have to be allowed in the celebrity compartment then claire should not have to go any ways
