The Glid’s algorithm is valid since is uses data to identify “wasted talent” through preventing bias of employer when it come to hiring decisions. The algorithm is practical and legal since the data that Glid uses is publicly available. In additional, Gild's algorithm is reliable as it helps them identify the Southern California highest scoring job candidate. He was owner of T-shirt business who self taught himself programming and whom Glid hired. To make the Gild's algorithm generaliziable the company is has a plan to develop algorithms to be used for other jobs like financial adviser, web designer, or graphic designer.
