Balance mass number on both sides

mass of As = mass of e + mass of X

M = 74

Balance atomic number on both sides

atomic of As = atomic of e + atomic of X

A = 32

Atomic number 32 is for element Ge

So, the product is

74-Ge

The decay eqn is:

₃₃⁷⁴As -> ₁⁰e + ₃₂⁷⁴Ge
