Where z = number of standard deviations based on service level 90% = 1.28 from z table

σd = standard deviation of demand = 20

L = Lead Time = 2 days

d = average demand = 100

Reorder Point = 100*2 + 1.28*20*√2 = 236.20 = 237

at service level of 95%, z = 1.65

Reorder Point = 100*2 + 1.65*20*√2 = 246.67 = 247
