Population mean and mean of the sampling distribution of sample means will remain same

So, mean of a sampling distribution of samples mean with size n = 64, will be equal to the population mean given in the question.

So, mean of a sampling distribution of samples mean with size n = 64 is μ = 73

And standard deviation of a sampling distribution of samples mean with size n = 64, is given as

sigma_{n=64} = sigma/sqrt{n}

where sigma=24, n=64

setting the given values, we get

sigma_{n=64} = 24/sqrt{64} = 24/8 = 3

So, mean and standard deviation of a sampling distribution of sample means with sample size n = 64, are 73 and 3
