In protein hydrolysis the break down of peptide bonds (amide bonds) only occurs and gives smaller peptides and
amino acids finally. Primary structure is intact, but remaining everything dirupted.

whereas in denaturation process

1. Disruption of secondary, tertiary and quaternary protein structure.
2. Break apart H bonds and disrupt hydrophobic attractions
3. Break H bonds between polar R groups andionic bonds
4. Break S-S bonds (disulfide bonds)
5. Break ionic attractions
