First, some simple definitions:

Denaturation is a process in which proteins or nucleic acids lose the quaternary structure, tertiary structure and secondary structure which is present in their native state, by application of some external stress or compound such as a strong acid or base, a concentrated inorganic salt, an organic solvent (e.g., alcohol or chloroform), radiation or heat.

Hydrolysis is the process where occurss the cleavage of chemical bonds by the addition of water. (the primary structure is affected)

Structures:

Primary Structure: Sequence of amino acids bonded together by peptide bonds.

Secondary Structure: Repeating structures held together by H-bonds along the backbone of the protein.

Tertiary Structure: It refers to the overall shape of the protein due to interactions among R groups

Quaternary Structure: Interactions that hold together separate polypeptide chains (kind of the tertiaty but in large scale).

Seeing this as you can see any process that affects the primary structure of the protein automatically affects the upper structures, having this concept your exercize goes as follows:

Hydrofobic interactions: Both, because is secondary structure

Peptide bonds: ONLY HYDROLYSIS, this is primary structure

disulfide bridges: Both, is tertiary structure

hydrogen bonds:: Both, is secondary structure
