The price of the bond is calculated using the PV function in Excel as follows:

=PV(rate,nper,pmt,fv)

where,

rate is 4.1/2 = 2.05%

nper is 21*2 = 42

pmt 4.6/2 *5000 = 115

fv is 5000

=PV(2.05%,42,115,5000)

=5349.73
