Answer 1: Removal of the sutures from ends to the center allow the wound to heal properly. It will reduce the chances of reopening of wounds. Additionally, staples should be removed alternatively as it provides strength to incision line while removing staples and prevents accidental separation of incision line.

Answer 2: After Performing hand hygiene, medical assistant should open sterile tray packs on mayo stand and side stand. Afterwards, a sterile field can be created by using sterile wrapper. Now with the help of sterile transfer forceps required instruments can be moved on tray.
