Treatment for Diabetes mellitus type2: Treatment include dite,exercises,medication and insulin therapy.

Anti diabetic drugs are 6 classes.

1.Biguanides :example Metformin 2.Sulfonylurease :example Glimipride.

3.Meglitinides: Repaglinide 4.Thiazolidinediones:Pioglitazone.

5.Dipeptidyl peptidase IV inhibitors:sitagliptin. 6.Alpha glucosidase inhibitors:Acarbose.

First line drug for type 2 diabetes mellitus metformin ,second line drug is Insulin therapy and sulfonylurease.

Treatment for Hypertension : Dietary management and medications.

Antihypertensive medications are

1.ACE inhibitors: Captopril,Enalapril. 2.Angiotensin receptor blockers :Losarthan 3.Renin inhibitors:Aliskiren. 4.Beta adrinergic blockers :Propranolol. 5.Calcium channel Blockers.:Amlodipine . 6:Alpha adrinergic blockers:Prazocine . 7.Central alpha2 agonist:clonidine,methydopa. 8: Diuretics:furosemide.,Chlorothiazides. 9.Vasodilators : Hydralazine,Nitroprusside..

Treatment for the patient with Type2 diabetes mellitus ,Hypertension with alcoholism I expect was 1.Metformin(Biguanides) OD and Glibenclamide.

3.Dietary management low carbohydrate dite and low salt dite .
