1)Activity assessment that is best method to transfer this patient from bed to chair is ROM(Range of joint Motion).ROM is used to measure the movement of the limbs which are injured.

2)Tubes if tangled then it may cause problems to the patient and incisions may reopen and cause pain if the patient is in a certain position.So medical equipment if are not in correct position may effect the patient.

3)When a patient uses stand assist aid then it will help in circulation and also assist them to stop them.

4)We will have better grip towards each other if we stand infront of others and it also easy to assist the patient when standing in front of them.

5)The chair should be stable.The patient should be able to feel the chair with the back of legs when they are trying to sit.And assist them while that are sitting.
