let A=B=C=R

A and B are in series so their total resistance=2R
now 2R and R are connected in parallel.
hence the net resistance=2R*R/3R=2R/3
now current through the circuit i=V/R=3V/2R

current passing through A = i*R/3R=3V/2R *R/3R=V/2R

as A and B are in series same current passes through them.
current through C is 3V/2R-V/2R=V/R

hence
C A,B or C,B,A

A and B are equal
