(a)the moment of inertia, I = mr^2
the total moment of inertia ,I = I1+I2+I3= 4*9+2*4+3*16 (since I = mr^2 )= 92 kg-m^2
(b)the tangential speed of each particle,V = rω

=> V1 = 3*1.50= 4.5 m/s==> V2 = 3.0 m/s==> V3 = 6.0 m/s
