A) Total resistance= 498.46Ω

I= 90/498.46 =0.180 A

Voltmeter reading= 90-.180*8.46= 88.47 V

B) Let, E be the EMF.

so, 0.035E= I*RB

0.965E=I*Rv

RB/Rv= 0.036
