The only correct options are iii) and vi).

The first 2 options are not correct since whenever there is a lunar or solar eclipse it is only visible for certain regions on the earth.

Also the moon can viewed with the naked eye even when there is a partial lunar eclipse unlike a solar eclipse.

It is the umbra which is the dominating factor in a lunar eclipse while it is the penumbra which is so for a solar eclipse.
