Drug Enforcement Administration :-

federal agency responsible for administration and enforcement of the federal CSA.

The CSA regulates all aspects of drugs which are subject to or have potential for abuse or physical or psychological dependence

DEA implementation :-

regulations regarding the handling of controlled substances and regulated chemicals because it has the potential to cause abuse or physical or psychological dependence.
