1. Here the main issue is the implementation of health information system. Some of the doctors does not agree to follow it as it increases the workload and others welcome it as a new initiative even though it's an increase to their work . Implementation of the information technology in the healthcare sector is an vital step in the pathway of technological advancements in the health sector , even though it would difficult in the starting but t will make the work more easier than the paper work and also ensure more confidentiality and security to the patient information . The dispute with those who does want to implement the change should be asked to justify themselves in the administrative office that why they don't want to follow the rule as denying to use the information system in against the hospital rule and it's illegal .
2. The actions towards this should be taken by the administrative department , they should take strict actions towards those and ask them the reason that why they are not able to use this system and if they are not ready to use this system after making them understand about the benefits of the same then punishment should be given as its against the hospital rules and policies and it's illegal.
