Seven Steps to Ethical Decision Making are :-

1. State the problem -  example: “something about this decision makes me uncomfortable”
2. Study the facts. Many problems resolve upon closer examination of situation
3. Identification of relevant factors. example: people involved, laws, professional code, practical constraints
4. Make a list of options.
5. Test the options. Example - harm test, publicity test, defensibility test, reversibility test, colleague and organisation test.
6. Make a choice
7. Review above steps.
