The physician and the nurse should make sure that the patient had properly understood what was explained and is able to make decision.Confirm whether the patient's decision is voluntary or because of any compulsion.
Informed consent is confirmed by the signature of the patient,which is an essential aspect for a procedure to be done.It is a proof of the voluntary decision of the patient
