Explain the legal and ethical considerations relating to the use of informed consent.

Patient and relatieves should be informed about the condition of the patient.which treatment is going to provide,what all procedures need to be performed.and health worker should get signed consent from the patient or his nearest relatives inorderto prevent further complications.so date and time of consent,name of the person who has given the consent,name and sign of witnessed person should be included in a valud consent according to the law.otherwise it will be rejected by the law if any problems occurs.
