Aromatic compounds are those that contains conjugated planar ring systems with delocalized pi electron clouds and must obey Huckel's rule.

According to the given properties,

Aromatic compounds are stable.Electrons are fully delocalized in a ring. It may contains some or all alternative single and double bonds. It must be planar.
