Contraindications:

Patient will have vomiting and indigestion..so avoid oral medication..

Nursing implications:

- check the patient breathing pattern because patient will have shortness of breath and wheezing

- check patient skin colour for any pale or blue colorations

- check patient conscious level

- administer Epinephrine as per doctor advice to make the airway relaxed

Contraindications:

Avoid using tight cloths and doing anything strenuous, because there is lymph node removal was done it help prevent swelling

Nursing implications:

- Assess patient coping abilities and personality styles..

- encourage patient for self- help programs

- advice patient the things to be avoided reduce the risk and infection

Avoid uncooked food,raw foods, unpasteurized dairy foods to avoid infection
