Fitness is a state of well-being. Physical fitness is the ability to do certain tasks without fatigue. Physical fitness can be obtained through the performance of different physical exercises. It helps to maintain your body weight. Fitness will strengthen your muscles and makes your mind relax by reducing the stress level. Regular exercise, yoga, meditation helps you to keep your body fit. Even walking is the best exercise that helps you to be fit.

Food also plays an important part in body fitness. Eating healthy food during the workout makes to be fit all the time. Eat at least three hours before exercising. A small portion of snack can be taken during the exercise. Yogurt, peanut butter, and vegetables can be taken after the workout. Keep your body well hydrated. Sports drink helps to replace the electrolyte loss. Respect your body makes you stand as high.
