I know that, z = (X-mean)/(sd)  
z1 = (9-13.5)/3.9) = -1.1538
hence,  
P( X<9)   = P(Z<-1.1538) = NORMSDIST(-1.1538) = 0.1243

b)
P( X>11) = 1 - P(X<11) = ?
  
I know that, z = (X-mean)/(sd)  
z1 = (11-13.5)/3.9) =   -0.6410
  
hence,  
P( X>11) = 1- P(Z<-0.641) = 1 - NORMSDIST(-0.641) =   0.7392

c)
P(10 < X < 14) = P(X<14) - P(X<10) = ?
  
I know that, z = (X-mean)/(sd)  
z1 = (10-13.5)/3.9) =   -0.8974
z2 = (14-13.5)/3.9) =   0.1282
