The basic reason that the fast food can lead to obesity is that the manufacturers use unhealthy ingredients to make food. The increased calories intake is the factor leading to obesity. Based on the studies the consumption of fast food is increasing in an alarming rate over 4 decades.

According to survey students are more likely to have fast food as their routine. Unhealthy food and snacks do not provide enough nutrients to perform in their academics. Even many fast foods are available at cheaper cost it becomes more accessible for ordinary people to have them. They never keep in mind that those food will have the unhealthy substandard ingredients which will badly affect their health. Life style of the families today has been changed when compared to past. In their busy life they have no time to find and have a healthy balanced diet. Most of peoples are not bothered about how these food affects their health and the levels of nutrition an individual must have.

Many international companies of foods like McDonalds have taken a reactive approach to obesity issue. This company has taken framework on the balanced active lifestyle. This measure under taken are not enough but they should change their statagies and operations accordingly. About 75 percent of Americans are likely to be over weight by 2020 according to a study. Obesity has given a major health complications like diabetes, heart diseases, arthritis, other joint diseases etc which contributed to premature deaths in adults. Their marketing strategy attracts the people to hve those. On the survey of outpatient departments in the hospitals it has noticed that about 83 percent of the people consume fast food as daily routine in US. Food choices made by the people is purely based on their marketing. Social marketing of many international companies make people to make their choices for next meal. Attractive photography and celebrity endores make the public to Put the value in their mind.

Skin changes may occur both if weight loss or gain happens. Massive obesity stretches the skin and makes the person chubby. Fat deposit in various part under skin can brought many skin issues also. Refined food uptake can lead to skin issues like pimples. Some of the foods may be allergic to someone, they will show related reactions on them. Same time weight loss can produce wrinkles and appearance of fine lines on the face and neck areas. Frequent fluctuations on the weight can affect the elasticity of the skin because of frequent expansion and contraction.
