time,t = 4s

First find angular acceleration

We know ,v=u+at

omega =omega _{0}+alpha t

12rad/s=4rad/s+alpha *4s

12-4+4a

a-2rad/s

Now angle ,we know s=ut+1/2at^{2}

heta =omega _{0}t+1/2alpha t^{2}

heta =4rad/s*4s+0.5*2rad/s^{2}*(4s)^{2}

θ=4*4+0.5 * 2 * 4
