For this question charge transfer resistance for cadmium is given by

Cd = (1-\beta) (1/j0 + 1/j00) (j0 + j00)

Cd = (1-0.45) [(1/1.5 * 10-3 )+ (1 / 1.9 * 10-2)] * [(1.5 * 10-3) + (1.9 * 10-2)]

Cd = 0.55 * 719.2982 * 0.0205

Cd = 8.11
