Culture change is important in long term health care settings as in such areas more number of individuals stay there for a considerable period of time.so the changes in each individuals believes and practice based upon their own culture will reflect in the daily activities in such organizations.Through cultural integration the inmates can establish a good working relationship with each members of the organization in every activities,it also provides opportunity to understand various cultural forms and adopt acceptable values in life.Through culture change uniformity in food habits,daily activities and life style can be achieved in such organizations.It helps the authority to Provide resources uniformly without conflict.Problem solving in some aspects.
