Answer: Culture change is difficult in healthcare organisation as there is diversity in the healthcare professionals. Many people belongs to the some or the other cultures, region etc. So, it takes time to adopt the multi culture. But the cultural change is one of the useful ways through which progress of the organisation can take place.

Strategic managers can make efforts to make Culture changes easier as by developing the clear strategies such as everyone must recognize their responsibilities during thie transformation i.e. cultural change and also they should know that how their actions are going to affect the organization as a whole.

By developing the cultural beliefs statement, the strategic managers can act as a leader and hence propose some of the rules and implementing it so that there may not be any hurdle in the growth of the organisation.
