The health care standard is ever-changing. Health care organizations are being challenged to find stability in an increasingly uncertain market. In order to rise to the challenge, organizations will be forced to consider new and innovative ways to do more with less. This is why strategic planning is important and critical to the success of delivering healthcare. As managers, you will need to do more with less. In what area of your personal life have you been challenged to do more with less? In what area of your life have you had to do without to make the most of what is needed? 1. In my personal life ,I have faced many challenges mostly financial ones . My father's business was a loss which made a lot of debt and people started to come home everyday asking money . It was the time when I just passed my graduation . I took the challenge had a talk with the people and took some time from them to close the debts . Then I made a plan how to manage all things with my only income . It was all fixed amount ,nothing up and down, can not do any changes in a month ,it was fixed house rent , travel expenses , electricity bill , maintain bill ,food etc . If I liked something also I won't buyed it because I knew that it will affect the whole financial balance I have made . I focused straight towards my goal to finish the debts and now it's almost 1/4 remaining .

2. No ,I haven't given up inbetween these all challenges I tried my best and I am now pursuing my post graduation from distance as I can't leave my job and it is my biggest need .
