ID cards cannot be considered as a mode of payment which is accepted universally because theoretically they don't carry any value but it can actually be mentioned that the ID cards can be considered as store of value because it gives the information about the students and the level of payment which is due or paid in excess all in all and by retrieving the information, one can get to identify the details of the student
