Answer - Incentives scheme are those which are given by an employer to there employee who work better and effective as compared to there subordinate in a same organization. The incentive provides a initiative and created a motivation thought in an employee for the betterment and flourishing the society at large.There are various incentive schemes that has been issued an organization such as to provide better result and maximum efficiency from an employees of an organization.

The statement means that for an employee of an organization that there is no limit on your earnings, if you work more and effectively than it results in an efficiency organization that has been attained by them in order to achieve effective result. It means that you can increased your pay by working more efficiently and effectively in an organization.
