Researchers are interested in investigating whether or not there is a relationship between the amount of hours spent studying for an exam, X, and the improvement in final exam score, Y. To do so, they obtained a random sample of 10 individuals and obtained the values of X and Y for each individual, and fit a linear regression model to the resulting data, as seen in the plot below.

The fitted regression line was found to be Y^=2.33+0.32X.

Assuming all the conditions are met, then:

a) What is the predicted value of Y, at X = 28?

Round your response to at least 2 decimal places.

Is it reasonable to use the regression line to predict Y at X = 28?
