Option C is correct that is =I should wash my hands before both removing and applying dressing.

Beacause we know hand washing can prevent spreading of infection.

Option A is incorrect because according to surgical dressing technique incision should be clean from top to bottom or proximal to distal part of incision ,bottom is more soiled ,dirty than top so u will infect the incision by this.

Option B is also not correct because orally taken drug take at least 30 minutes to act on body so 10 minutes is not correct

D is also correct because proper disposal of soiled dressing is also mandatory.
