Out of these the compound B) CH2=CH-Cl ( vinyl chloride ) is most likely to form large polymers. In fact, i is the monomer of PVC ( Polyvinylchloride ), a very widely used polymer for making pipes and tubes. It follows the following reaction at high temperatures.

  CH\equivCH + HCl \rightarrow   CH2=CH-Cl

CH2=CH-Cl \rightarrow (-CH2-CHCl-)n  . (n is the no. of monomers)
