2) By taking the financial information of any organisation will definitely affect the goodwill and reputation of the organisation. This will also affect on transparency of bidding of the contractors.

3)The business can be protected by non disclosing business and financial information to outsiders. This can be avoided by not accepting  any personal beneficiary gifts and personal bias or any mean of activities done for disclosing the sensitive information of the organisation
