Given that,

X1 = 12 and n1 = 24

X2 = 3 and n2 = 24

Using TI-84 calculator we get, 95% confidence interval for the difference in proportions ( p1 - p2) is, ( 0.1352, 0.6148)

The 95 percent confidence interval is from 0.1352 to 0.6148
